Do you not know there are many HERBS in your cabinet that could HELP your BODY. Like "CINNAMON" 1 glass of boiled water, 1 TSP of Cinnamon, Stir Cinnamon into water, let it settle for 5 minutes, stir again. Than strain it into a glass and drink it. That solution could lower your blood level.
