Healthy Life

BE TRUE TO YOURSELF: Being TRUE to yourself is VERY important. Many times we want things to get better, where our HEALTH is concerned. We want CHANGE, but don't want to CHANGE our way of doing things. For instance our eating HABITS, which plays a very important part in our HEALTH. You eat bacon for breakfast, eat ham and cheese sandwich for lunch, pork chops for dinner and wonder WHY the blood pressure is HIGH! If we keep doing the same thing, we will keep getting the same result. So if we want our HEALTH to be different, we have to do some things different. Starting with CHANGING our daily eating HABITS, etc.
